Our Crew

Fencing Little Rock runs as a small field-focused operation. Rather than list individual bios, here is how the work is actually organized and who you will deal with at each stage of a project.

How a Project Is Staffed

Estimating

The person who walks your property is the person who scopes the job. They measure the run, check post and rail condition, note access and slope, and identify anything that will affect cost before a number is given.

Field installation

Our installation crews handle wood, privacy, and chain link fencing, gate hanging, and post setting. Crew size is matched to the job rather than fixed.

Repair work

Repair jobs — leaning sections, failed posts, storm damage, gate problems — are handled by crew members who spend most of their time on exactly that kind of work.

Project coordination

Scheduling, material ordering, and customer communication run through coordination so that you are not chasing individual crew members for updates.

What You Can Expect

You will get a named point of contact for your project, a clear scope before work begins, and notice if anything in the ground changes the plan. If we run into a buried obstruction, an unexpected property-line issue, or a post condition worse than it looked, you hear about it before we proceed, not on the invoice.
