Often, yes. If the remaining fence is structurally sound, a damaged run can be replaced without rebuilding the whole perimeter. We look at posts, rails, alignment, and material condition before recommending an approach.
Push on it. A post that moves at ground level, or a section that leans progressively along its length, usually indicates rot at the soil line or a footing that has lost its grip. A fence that leans uniformly after a storm may just need re-plumbing and bracing.
